When you nominate someone else's company we ask you to provide a brief description of the reason why you want to nominate the company. Then we contact the company and invite them to submit an online entry into the Awards. Click here to Nominate someone else’s company now. There is no charge to you to nominate someone else's company.
Nominate your own company
Is the quality of customer service you provide winning or losing you customers? Unless you’re measuring and managing customer feedback as closely as you do other critical business performance indicators then chances are you just don’t know.
International research by the Gallup Organisation has shown that businesses with great customer service outperform their competitors by 26% in gross margin and 85% in sales growth. Their customers buy more, spend more, return more often, and stay longer. Getting customer service right isn’t a costly or time consuming exercise. It’s all about focusing on the important things first and what’s more important than your customers.
For as little as $99 you can nominate your business for an Australian Customer Service Award. Stop wondering if your customer service is winning or losing you business and nominate your company now. Click here to nominate your company now.

Step 3: Assessment:
Our unique and totally independent online assessment process measures your business against a range of world-recognised best practice customer service principles. Using our online 'Customer Service Survey' tool we analyse feedback from your customers and grade their responses using worlds best practice customer service standards as a benchmark. The survey is simple, quick and easy to complete - whilst also providing high quality customer feedback.
Our process also includes a Self-Evaluation Assessment, which is completed by the nominated company. This element of the program is your opportunity to demonstrate, through your responses to our questions, how effective you think your customer service is.
Once both the Self-Evaluation and Customer Assessment process has been completed the Awards team can begin to analyse the results.

Step 4: Feedback:
Once our analysis of your Self-Evaluation and Customer Assessment data has been completed the Awards team will contact you to discuss the results.
