Step 1: Nomination:

All you have to do to begin the Awards process is to fill in an online nomination form. There are two Nomination Options

Nominate someone else
Nominate your own company

Nominate someone else

Show your appreciation of someone else's superior customer service by nominating someone else's company.

There is no limit to the number of companies you can nominate and there are no cut-off dates for nominations to the Australian Customer Service Awards as we reward great service throughout the year.

When you nominate someone else's company we ask you to provide a brief description of the reason why you want to nominate the company. Then we contact the company and invite them to submit an online entry into the Awards. Click here to Nominate someone else’s company nowThere is no charge to you to nominate someone else's company.

Nominate your own company

Is the quality of customer service you provide winning or losing you customers? Unless you’re measuring and managing customer feedback as closely as you do other critical business performance indicators then chances are you just don’t know.

International research by the Gallup Organisation has shown that businesses with great customer service outperform their competitors by 26% in gross margin and 85% in sales growth. Their customers buy more, spend more, return more often, and stay longer. Getting customer service right isn’t a costly or time consuming exercise. It’s all about focusing on the important things first and what’s more important than your customers.

For as little as $99 you can nominate your business for an Australian Customer Service Award. Stop wondering if your customer service is winning or losing you business and nominate your company now. Click here to nominate your company now.

There are no cut-off dates for nominations to the Australian Customer Service Awards as we reward great service throughout the year.

Step 2: Payment:

An entry fee is payable by the company being assessed to receive an award.

Our nomination fee structure has been designed to minimise costs whilst ensuring the process is robust, thorough and delivers high quality results and benefits for participants.

Nomination Fee Structure

$99 plus GST for small-sized companies (up to 20 full time employees)
$149 plus GST for medium-sized companies (21 to 200 full time employees)

Please complete our simple nomination form to enter the Awards process.  Once we have received your entry details an invoice will be emailed to you.  For your safety and security, we are pleased to offer the following payment options: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Cheque and online Credit Card via PayPal.

Step 3: Assessment:

Our unique and totally independent online assessment process measures your business against a range of world-recognised best practice customer service principles. Using our online 'Customer Service Survey' tool we analyse feedback from your customers and grade their responses using worlds best practice customer service standards as a benchmark.  The survey is simple, quick and easy to complete - whilst also providing high quality customer feedback.

Our process also includes a Self-Evaluation Assessment, which is completed by the nominated company. This element of the program is your opportunity to demonstrate, through your responses to our questions, how effective you think your customer service is.

Once both the Self-Evaluation and Customer Assessment process has been completed the Awards team can begin to analyse the results.

Step 4: Feedback:

Once our analysis of your Self-Evaluation and Customer Assessment data has been completed the Awards team will contact you to discuss the results.

Provided a score of 75% or better has been achieved the nominated Company then will be awarded an Australian Customer Service Award. There are three Award categories; they are Platinum, Gold or Silver, each brings with it a range of exclusive benefits.

For companies with a score of lower than 75% a report will be provide to highlight the key customer service issues identified through the assessment process so that improvements can be made. The company will also be offered the opportunity to retake the assessment process at no charge within a 12-month period from the date of the original nomination.

Step 5: Award:

Australian Customer Service Award winners will receive an exclusive Award pack, which includes information and special benefits appropriate to the category of Award presented. Award winners are also granted permission to display the unique and distinctive official Australian Customer Service Award winners logo in your company's marketing materials, sales brochures and signage. To make the most of your Award you need to make sure you let as many people as possible know that you’re a winner.

Great customer service wins business and our independent awards program will help you to increase profits by developing new and retaining existing customers. Learn more about the great benefits included with each Award by visiting our Why Nominate section.

Please note that if your company has more than one branch/office/location, only those branches, offices or locations that have completed the Awards process and been granted an Award are entitled to promote their business using the official Awards logo.
