The future looks bright for The Sunglass Fix

The future looks bright for NSW based sunglass lens replacement company The Sunglass Fix after their commitment to customer service excellence was recently recognised by the Australian Customer Service Awards (ACSA).

The ACSA program is completely independent of The Sunglass Fix and is based on detailed analysis of feedback from the company’s own customers. Almost 130 of the Sunglass Fix customers participated in the process, providing responses to a wide range of questions designed to assess the quality of customer service they received from The Sunglass Fix.

The quality of customer feedback was so high that The Sunglass Fix has been presented with the prestigious Platinum Award, which is the highest award possible and a resounding endorsement of the company’s commitment to and investment in outstanding customer service standards.
