The Australian Customer Service Awards are based on detailed analysis of feedback from Blackhawk Logistics own customers. Using worlds best practice standards as a benchmark, customer responses are captured through the use of a dedicated online survey, which examines several key elements necessary to deliver a first class customer experience.
