The Awards process has been specifically designed to minimise paperwork for participating companies, to ensure the Awards are attainable for busy, growing businesses.
To win an Australian Customer Service Award companies must achieve a customer service rating of 75% or better. The customer service rating is based on our analysis of feedback collected from your customers via our online assessment process.
Our analysis of customer responses is combined with data collected from a Self-Evaluation Assessment completed by the Nominating business.
Our standard nomination fee structure has been structured to minimise costs whilst ensuring the process is robust, thorough and delivers high quality results and benefits for participants.
