Ian Lowe, Managing Director
As Managing Director of The Australian Customer Service Awards, Ian is spearheading the introduction of this exclusive new service to small and medium sized businesses across Australia.

His international experience, customer focus and knowledge of what it takes to deliver great service is a tremendous asset to The Australian Customer Service Awards as is his experience developing complex business solutions with large and small companies and Government organisations.  His diverse international career includes working closely with leading UK, European and Australian multinationals in the IT, human capital, logistics, health and wellness sectors.

Anne Edwards, Operations Director 
In her role as Operations Director Anne is responsible for optimising service performance and client results as well as managing the Service Delivery Team.

Anne has extensive experience gained over 23 years of leading teams and supporting clients across the retail, health and fitness industry sectors.  A trained gymnastics coach Anne is fully aware of the time, commitment and effort required to achieve peak performance and she applies her structured coaching and business skills to ensure clients of The Australian Customer Service Awards maximise the benefits of this unique program. 

 










Paul Quinn - Marketing Director - Non-Executive
Paul has more than ten years experience in professional marketing - eight of which have been specifically within the highly competitive, service driven recruitment industry. A degree-qualified Commerce graduate with a double major in Marketing and Management, Paul is adept in project managing a wide range of marketing solutions for organisations of all shapes and sizes.

Paul has held Senior Marketing Executive roles with a number of leading Australian companies, including Candle Australia. In his position as Group Marketing Manager was instrumental in developing the Candle IT&T Recruitment brand to be voted Australia's most recognised IT recruitment brand. Prior to this Paul held the position of Marketing Manager at prominent IT recruiter AmBit Technology.

Paul is also founder and Managing Director of Quinntessential Marketing Consulting, a specialist firm that helps recruitment agencies and HR departments attract and retain candidates and clients, by delivering industry-leading marketing strategies and programs. Paul also owns the market leading online survey software – PeoplePulse.com.au
