OctopusTravel score 82% for customer satisfaction

 

Leading on-line travel company OctopusTravel have recently been presented with a prestigious Gold Award in recognition of their positive attitude toward their customers and commitment to outstanding levels of customer service.

The company partnered with The Australian Customer Service Awards, an independent, unbiased customer service assessment program that included analysis of responses to an on-line customer service survey from a OctopusTravel’s own customers - satisfied customers are an indication of a well run business and a sign that a business is healthy and worthy of praise.

The unique Australian Customer Service Awards program has been designed to allow businesses to legitimately prove their true dedication to customer service in a process that helps them to truly connect with their customers and collect vital information regarding their customer’s experience of the service they provide.
