Great customer service just adds up for Geocalc Software



Geocalc Software, announced today it has been presented with a prestigious Gold Australian Customer Service Award in recognition of their positive attitude toward their customers and commitment to outstanding levels of customer service.

Geocalc is a family based Australian business suppling Hewlett Packard Calculators and Australian Surveying Software to Australian consumers. The company takes great pride in the quality of its customer service and was noinated for an Australian Customer Service Award by one of its many satisfied customers. The program offers an independent, unbiased assessment of an organisations customer service standards that included analysis of responses to an on-line survey from Geocalc’s own customers.

Commenting on the achievement, Geocalc’s Managing Director, Noel Causerano commented “At Geocalc Software it's not a matter of simply selling you a calculator, but more how you're going to use that calculator.
