A healthy focus on customer service strikes Gold for Melaleuca



Melaleuca of Australia and New Zealand, a leading distributor of nutritional, pharmaceutical, personal care, facial care, home hygiene, and other wellness products of superior quality and that sell direct to the consumer through a full-service catalogue and internet shopping system, announced today it has been presented with a prestigious Gold Australian Customer Service Award in recognition of their positive attitude toward their customers and commitment to outstanding levels of customer service.

Melaleuca entered The Australian Customer Service Awards program, an independent, unbiased assessment of an organisations customer service standards that included analysis of responses to an on-line customer service survey from Melaleuca’s own customers.

The unique Australian Customer Service Awards program has been designed to allow businesses to legitimately prove their true dedication to customer service in a process that helps them to truly connect with their customers and collect vital information regarding their customer’s experience of the service they provide.

Commenting on the Gold Award presentation Ian Lowe, Managing Director of the Australian Customer Service Awards said “We have been extremely impressed with Melaleuca.
